Plant Features

Passionate Blush is a compact Gaura that is adorned with red stems and buds that unfurl to reveal stunning white and pink flowers. These flowers are held on shorter, sturdy stems and provide a splash of color in gardens for a long time. In addition to its beautiful blooms, Passionate Blush boasts attractive foliage with red-tipped leaves that eventually turn a solid green.

Passionate Blush Gaura Plant Care: Trimming the spent flower heads in mid-summer will ensure a longer bloom period. Gaura plants tolerate urban pollution, heat and humidity, and a wide range of soils, from well-drained, fertile ones to dry and acidic. The do not however like heavy, wet soil. Plants can be cut back to 8 inches after the first hard frost.

nice, healthy Gaura plants delivered quickly!

As with all my purchases from GrowJoy, my plants arrived intact, packaged very securely and in only a couple of days. Although only about 4 tall, some of the 4 plants even had a flower or two already!

Plant shipment

Since my purchase were starter plants I can’t provide a picture showing a blooming plant. However, I can tell you that the plants were very well preserved and packaged carefully. They arrived in great condition and are thriving. I will continue to purchase from this company.
