"Great Customer Service & Butterfly Bushes"

Comment: GHS has some of the best customer service I have experienced. As I place my orders they are very helpful and patient even when i cancel and reorder, because I can't decide what I'm ordering. Thanks, GHS!

"Buddleia Returning"

Timothy E on 4/2/2014 3:43:36 PM

Comment: My Black Knight Butterfly bushes died to the ground, but they are sprouting back from the roots this year after our cold and wet winter. Glad to see how hardy these plants are.

"One Tough Customer Cont."

Timothy E on 2/4/2014 5:50:29 PM

Comment: I forgot to mention that although I was able to eliminate the spider mite infestation on my Black Knight butterfly bush, the spider mites still managed to defoliate it. However, it bounced right back and was growing new leaves from the base of the plant to the ends of its stems.

"Hoping for Hardy Roots"

Timothy E on 2/4/2014 2:53:39 AM

Comment: This butterfly bush's stems all appear dead now that it's winter. Some people tell me it will re-sprout from the roots, I guess I will see. It was beautiful when it bloomed though.

"One Tough Buddleia Plant"

Timothy E on 9/30/2013 2:34:33 PM

Comment: To my disappointment, my Black Knight Butterfly bushes got a bad case of spider mites. That was no fault of GHS; it's just one of those things that can happen to any plant. The spider mites all but defoliated them, so I sprayed them with an insecticide late. To my surprise and delight, both butterfly bushes are making a full recovery. I probably won't see anymore blooms until next year, but at least I know they will survive. I credit much of that to the healthy plants I started with. Thanks GHS ... More details

"Close-up of Flowers"

Comment: I just thought I would attach one more photo of a close-up of the flowers on the Black Knight Butterfly Bush. If you are looking for beautiful flowers, this is definitely the plant to purchase. http://www.flickr.com/photos/27657351@N07/9717573054/ Tim

Comment: Here is a link to a photo of the Black Knight Butterfly Bushes I purchased from GHS three months after I planted them. The flower bed they are planted in is approx. 4 feet wide by 8 feet long. http://www.flickr.com/photos/27657351@N07/9481280376/

"Speedy Delivery of Buddleia plants"

Timothy E on 5/29/2013 11:30:41 AM

Comment: The plants were delivered quickly and were in excellent condition. I don't have much to say about the plants, except that they were very healthy with good root systems when I received them. They are growing slower than I expected, but that is probably because they were so small when I received them. I'm hoping that by the end of the summer, they will be large enough with deep enough roots to survive the winter.
