Our 'Cherry Pie' Coreopsis Plant is one of the most vividly red plants you will grow. Literally "popping" with color, some gardeners say they can barely look at this coreopsis in the bright sunlight; this color is so very intense. A selection from Terra Nova Nurseries, this herbaceous tender perennial is most often grown as an annual, though we can’t imagine you won't want to grow this one every year if you can. Its masses of daisy-like blooms generously cover the entire plant and will continue to do so with diligent deadheading. (A hint: though deadheading sounds like a tedious job; it can be quite relaxing and therapeutic. Just do it; you’ll see!)

The 'Big Bang™ Galaxy' Coreopsis Plant is like growing Big Bang Full Moon on steroids! Bulking up, Galaxy stands just about 12-inches tall, but produces semi-double to fully double, 2-inch Tickseed blossoms the happiest shade of yellow with orangey-yellow centers. The finely cut petals, stacked as they are, give a finely ruffled appearance and depth that is not present on the single blossomed Tickseed plants. The dark green, medium-fine foliage is the ideal backdrop, making these flowers seem impossibly yellow. The Galaxy Tickseed blooms earlier in the summer and continues right through the mid-fall. This one’s a keeper!

The Big Bang™ Red Shift Coreopsis Plant produces daisy-shaped flowers veined into thin fingerling petals of graduated length, producing a delicately scalloped edge. It is so-named because the blossoms range in color from a sunny yellow with red surrounding the golden center, to a flower that can be a solid ruby-red as the weather cools. What a fantastic specimen to provide changing color throughout the growing season!

A tender perennial, this most delicate of the Limerock series should be treated as an annual in all but those climates with the warmest winters.
