Carola Potato

The Carola (aka Carole) seed potato produces a lushly spreading plant with bright, deeply veined medium green leaves, bearing snowy white blossoms. This medium-sized potato has a relatively smooth texture and is very creamy with buttery yellow flesh. The skin is edible and flavorful. This potato holds up well for grilling and roasting but also may be baked, steamed and mashed. It is relatively low in starch. It is also great in soups and when harvested “new” will store well for months.

  • Grow in full sun
