You will love this Sage variety for a number of reasons. Like all salvias, Broadleaf Sage has beautiful purple/blue edible flowers and the grey-green foliage is an excellent contrast for the garden. The flavor is assertive and useful in many dishes particularly those high in fat, where it aids in digestion. It is also good with carrots, tomatoes, squash, corn and potatoes.
