The Golden Calwonder plant produces a fleshy, very sweet, fruit on sturdy upright plants. The fruit turns from green to gold as they mature and averages 4"W x 5" L with well-defined quadruple lobes. Being thick-walled and blocky they hold up well for stuffing. They are also excellent for adding exciting color to fresh garden salads, or for making hot meals ‘pop’. Each packet contains 35 seeds. Peppers definitely prefer HOT weather, so avoid planting until all danger of frost has passed and temperatures are ont he rise. Peppers also need full sun and soil rich in organic materials, as do most vegetables. If unsure of your chosen growing location use a Light Meter to insure your peppers receive the benefit of full sun all day long. Seed Spacing: 3-4", thin to 12-24"
