This variety is often used for seasoning pickles, chili and salsa. This plant produces heavy yields of very hot 3-5 inch long by 1/2 -inch wide hot peppers. Peppers are very hot and turn from green to red when mature. The fruit has a thin wall and is ideal for drying. The plants have smooth green foliage with tiny white flowers.
