- The generous jar capacity allows for 7-quarts or 19-pint jars.
- Equipped with two automatic venting features, safety control valve and overpressure plug.
The Manufacturer warns against using this product on Glass, Ceramic or smooth-topped ranges. The weight of this heavy-duty canner may break those surfaces and the size of the canner bottom is larger than most burner-sizes on those stoves, which can cause heat to radiate outside of the burner range, possibly cracking the surface.
