Phlox plants make great ground covers or borders and they have long lasting blooms.
It is best to plant your phlox plants in an area that gets morning sun so the dew dries quickly as they are susceptible to powdery mildew.
Phlox will tolerate part shade but gets leggy if you don’t give them enough sun.
It grows on a wide variety of soils including clay. If you have sandy soil we recommend more water to keep the blooms coming.
Our Phlox plants have larger, healthier root systems because they are grown in larger pots.
