Maintaining ample soil moisture during hot periods in the summer will produce an abundant harvest of Collards. All green parts of the plant may be harvested at any time during the growing season.

Champion is very adaptable, hardy, and vigorous. It is a long-standing type of collard that grows to 34 inches tall with high yields of edible leaves. Each pot contains 1 collard plant.

Georgia Collard Plant

The 'Georgia' Collard Plant is a traditional Southern variety. It grows up to 3 feet in height and produces large, wavy, blue-green cabbage-like leaves. Georgia is both heat and cold tolerant and is also slow to bolt, so it is suited for just about any climate. A light frost will actually improve its flavor. It does well in poor soil. Each pot contains 1 collard plant.
