Each packet of Organic Winter Squash Seed has approximately 25 seeds, which plants a 20' row and produces approximately 80-pounds.

Squash seed can be planted directly into the garden soil or started indoors. When germinating squash seed indoors, temperatures should be between 60-100 �F. Under the correct conditions, it takes 4-8 days for the squash seed to germinate. Seeds should be started 2 weeks before your transplant date.

In order to grow the healthiest; best tasting squash, the pH level of your garden soil should be 6.0-6.5. A soil tester will take the guess work out of determining the pH levels
