Each packet of Organic Swiss Chard Seed has approximately 500 seeds.

Swiss Chard is generally started indoors. When germinating swiss chard seed, temperatures should be between 60 °F and 100 °F. Under the correct conditions, it takes 4-8 days for the squash seed to germinate.

In order to grow the healthiest; best tasting swiss chard, the pH level of your garden soil should be 6.0-6.8. A soil tester will take the guess work out of determining the pH levels
