Each packet of Organic Eggplant Seed has approximately 100 seeds.
Eggplant seed are generally started indoors; however they can be planted directly into the garden soil by using a Garden Seeder. When it is germinated indoors, temperatures should be between 60 °F and 90 °F. Under the correct conditions, it takes 6-10 days for the eggplant seed to germinate.
In order to grow the healthiest; best tasting eggplants, the pH level of your garden soil should be 6.0.-6.5. A soil tester will take the guess work out of determining the pH levels.
