Each packet of Organic Carrot Seed has approximately 3000 seeds (unless otherwise noted).

Carrots are generally started indoors; however they can be planted directly into the garden when using a Garden Seeder. If the carrot seed is germinated indoors, temperatures should be between 40 �F and 95 �F. Under the correct conditions, it takes 6-10 days for the carrot seed to germinate.

In order to grow the healthiest; best tasting carrots, the pH level of your garden soil should be 6.3. A soil tester will take the guess work out of determining the pH levels.
