Baby White is small and white and is one of our smallest and most tender gourmet popcorns. It resembles the old variety, Japanese Hulless.
Baby White comes from separating the smaller kernels from our medium white popcorn. It is considered to be a hulless popcorn. Each pound makes four 6-quart servings.
