Wall O Water Season Extender

Wall O' Water will protect down to 16°F and last 3-5 years.

  • Set Wall O Waters up in your garden 6-8 weeks prior to the last projected frost date for your area.
  • Set up 1 week before transplanting to warm the soil. Warm soil will "baby" your seedlings while cold soil may stunt their development.
  • When you first set them up fill them only 2/3 full. This causes the top to fold over the seedling like a teepee. Leave the teepee on night and day until the leaves start to appear at the top.
  • Now fill the Wall O Water to the top and it will open up completely and stay open.
  • Keep them in place until 30 - 45 days after the last normal frost date. They will never overheat the plant and your plants will benefit from the additional heat provided while the nights are still cool.
  • Then remove them, drain them and allow them to air-dry before storing for your fall garden or next season.
  • Each Wall O Water is 18-inches tall and has an 18-inch diameter.

Wall O' Water repair tubes are available.

"Works in a blizzard!"

Allen Jackson on 2/9/2012 10:46:48 AM

Comment: Used Wall-O-Water Tepees to take tomatoes that had blossoms on them through the blizzard of '93! Eight inches of snow on the ground and no damage to the tomatoes in the tepees. Great product!
