Organic Long Purple Eggplant Seed

Eggplants are a hot weather crop and are very susceptible to frost. In order to extend your season, you may want to start eggplant and other hot weather plants in either a single or a double mini-greenhouse. Eggplant also loves rich soil, as do most veggies. Consider composting to provide the best environment for prolific growth and optimal production.
