Organic Endive Seed

Each packet of our Certified Organic Endive Seed has approximately 1500 seeds. Endive seed is generally started indoors in areas that have short, hot growing seasons; however Endive can be planted directly into the garden soil four to six weeks before the date of the last spring frost. If germinating indoors, transplant outside before it gets too hot. Under the correct conditions, it takes 7-14 days for the endive seed to germinate.

In order to grow the healthiest; best tasting endive, the pH level of your garden soil should be 5.5.-7.0. A soil tester will take the guess work out of determining the pH levels.

All of our Endive seeds are OPEN-POLLINATED unless otherwise specified as a HYBRID. All of our organic been seeds are non-GMO!
